I had oil changed a few weeks back, more recently I had new tires and a alignment job done, Heartland did a real nice job with all of these tasks

Asked for 2 tires to be replaced and the tire sensors fixed. I got the 2 tires, but still no tires sensors. I would think this would also be something you check and bring up with tire service.

Once again, I had to make an emergency appointment to have my car serviced and they fit me in within a very reasonable amount of time. (Hope this doesn't become a regular occurrence!). As always, the car refused to make the noise it's been making for 2 months as soon as I got it in for service! Agreed that as soon as it starts again I will bring it over and a technician will have a listen. Has not made the noise during working hours - but we shall see...Thanks for putting up with my madness!! Did an amazing, quick job on the oil change and tire rotation!

GOOD JOB WELL EXPLAINED

We brought my car in to have them fix one thing and it was supposed done the next day. Well they found something else and instead of calling us they just started working on it. They had my car for a week. We always had to call to get an update. They need to learn about communication. The service department won’t work on my car unless it’s just an oil change. Buying a car from this is a great experience but service nope

Took my new vehicle in to have the Permaplate package applied and they only did the windows. They had the vehicle for 2.5 days said it needed to drive overnight an extra day yet nothing was done to the exterior. Got the vehicle back dirty and will now need to bring it in again.

1 3/4 hours for oil change and tire rotation while l’m waiting is to long
