Will from when I made the call for the appointment till my pickup was done there was wonderful service with kindness and smiles. The services personal explain the oil change was normal also the rotation of tires was good to do at this time.

As always, the car refused to make the noise it's been making for 2 months as soon as I got it in for service! Agreed that as soon as it starts again I will bring it over and a technician will have a listen. The Service Dept went above and beyond. They got me right in to fix the tire on my truck were another business said the only opening they have was on Monday. I called Greg in Service and he got me in right then. Great job on Customer WOW!!!

Once again, I had to make an emergency appointment to have my car serviced and they fit me in within a very reasonable amount of time. (Hope this doesn't become a regular occurrence!). Parts came in quickly and repairs were made. Thank you to Weston for putting up with all my phone calls and questions!

We brought my car in to have them fix one thing and it was supposed done the next day. Well they found something else and instead of calling us they just started working on it. They had my car for a week. We always had to call to get an update. They need to learn about communication. The service department won’t work on my car unless it’s just an oil change. Buying a car from this is a great experience but service nope

I had a great visit at Heartland Motors. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and a service-point check, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was welcoming, the service department was organized, and they kept me updated along the way. Everything was done efficiently, and they took the time to make sure I understood what they checked, no pressure, no upselling, just honest help. Highly recommend!

Brought pickup in to have air pressure sensors (I supplied) put in and then have wheels balanced. They balanced the wheels and never put the sensors in. Now will have to do it all over again.

Este servicio fue diferente, acudí a la cita a la hora programada por un cambio de aceite y revisión, sin embargo pasó todo ese día y no me informaron sobre mi vehículo, se atravesó el fin de semana sin mi auto y el lunes tuve que marcar para preguntar y mi auto aún no tenía echo el servicio, no entiendo qué pudo haber pasado o si faltaba algún filtro y no lo tenían pero no me informaron nada para yo poder tomar alguna acción con respecto a en que moverme

Took my new vehicle in to have the Permaplate package applied and they only did the windows. They had the vehicle for 2.5 days said it needed to drive overnight an extra day yet nothing was done to the exterior. Got the vehicle back dirty and will now need to bring it in again.
