We brought my car in to have them fix one thing and it was supposed done the next day. Well they found something else and instead of calling us they just started working on it. They had my car for a week. We always had to call to get an update. They need to learn about communication. The service department won’t work on my car unless it’s just an oil change. Buying a car from this is a great experience but service nope

As always, the car refused to make the noise it's been making for 2 months as soon as I got it in for service! Agreed that as soon as it starts again I will bring it over and a technician will have a listen. Has not made the noise during working hours - but we shall see...Thanks for putting up with my madness!! Did an amazing, quick job on the oil change and tire rotation!

Took my new vehicle in to have the Permaplate package applied and they only did the windows. They had the vehicle for 2.5 days said it needed to drive overnight an extra day yet nothing was done to the exterior. Got the vehicle back dirty and will now need to bring it in again.

1 3/4 hours for oil change and tire rotation while l’m waiting is to long

Scheduling was prompt, great service, good pricing and friendly staff.

Got my appointment quickly. Work completed as requested. One small issue that is being taken care of. Always responsive to my questions and concerns!

Brought pickup in to have air pressure sensors (I supplied) put in and then have wheels balanced. They balanced the wheels and never put the sensors in. Now will have to do it all over again.

Este servicio fue diferente, acudí a la cita a la hora programada por un cambio de aceite y revisión, sin embargo pasó todo ese día y no me informaron sobre mi vehículo, se atravesó el fin de semana sin mi auto y el lunes tuve que marcar para preguntar y mi auto aún no tenía echo el servicio, no entiendo qué pudo haber pasado o si faltaba algún filtro y no lo tenían pero no me informaron nada para yo poder tomar alguna acción con respecto a en que moverme

Ryan Stout was great to work with as the sales associate. He was very accommodating in his search with other dealers for what we wanted in our Equinox. He kept us up to date as he searched for just the right vehicle. Once it arrived at Heartland, he informed us immediately. When we were at the dealership to pick it up, he was very generous with his time (after-hours!) to show us how to operate the "screen format", which both my wife and I were unfamiliar with. All in all, a very good experience.
